bSpace

bSpace is the online collaboration and learning environment supported by Educational Technology Services (ETS). This system provides the campus with a set of tools that support teaching and learning activities, as well as cross-campus collaboration.

Over the past two years, ETS has been working with faculty and GSIs to make the transition from older systems like Blackboard and WebCT to bSpace. Through a variety of support mechanisms, like workshops, online tutorials, and one-on-one consultations, the number of courses using bSpace has skyrocketed to more than 1400.
