This is fun. Just discovered Google Insights from this Information is Beautiful post. bSpace Google searches are shown here from the last year. Peaks and valleys seem to coincide with academic crunch-times, no? Hover over the line for details. Check out bSpace over time. Google Insights allows for comparisons too. Try it!

Search on Webcast Berkeley
Fascinating. I searched on "webcast Berkeley." At first I thought that India surpassed the U.S. in number of searches but on reading Google help I realized that "The numbers on the graph reflect how many searches have been done for a particular term, relative to the total number of searches done on Google over time. They don't represent absolute search volume." Using the drill-down feature you can see the search pattern for Berkeley. This would make for a great stat lesson. Thanks for sharing.
