Computer Facilities

ETS now supports general access and classroom computer facilties, the student computer consulting service, and the mobile lab initiative. These services work together to provide the Berkeley campus with adaptive learning spaces and convenient access to technology needs on-campus.

Computer Facility Classrooms and Reservations

We offer eight computer facility classrooms for academic classes, staff training, and special event reservations. Facility availability is listed in bCal, where you can check class times and open hours.

The general access computer facilities provide convenient and secure on-campus computing facilities for registered students, faculty, staff, departments, and affiliates. We strive to provide up-to-date and relevant software and hardware coupled with outstanding customer service and technical support that adapts to the developing computing needs of the UC Berkeley campus community.

Mobile Computer Lab

During the spring semester, we are piloting a Mobile Computer Lab for staff training sessions. Clients are invited to submit a request to use ten pre-configured laptops in a conference room, or another Airbears accessible space on campus.
