This presentation focused on efforts to tackle local implementation challenges using expertise of Instructional Designers, User Experience Designers, and Developers. The presentation described our user research, needs analysis, design, and testing processes, and a discussion of implications for engagement between Sakai Teaching & Learning and UX communities.
